Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of iExPander (https://imageexpander.org/), operated by MXC LLC. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content blocking, credit refunds, suspension, or permanent account termination.

1. Allowed Use

You may use iExPander for lawful image expansion, upscaling, object removal, AI image generation, and related creative/commercial workflows that do not violate this AUP or applicable law.

2. Strictly Prohibited

  • Pornography / adult sexual content: generating, uploading, or distributing pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-entertainment content.
  • NCII: non-consensual intimate imagery of any real person (real or AI-generated/edited).
  • Deepfakes / unauthorized likeness: face swaps, impersonation, or other use of a real person's likeness without authorization, especially for sexual, deceptive, harassing, or political misuse. Face Swap tools are discontinued on this platform.
  • Minors: any sexualized, exploitative, or abusive content involving anyone 17 or under (including fictional/synthetic depictions). Zero tolerance.
  • Illegal activity: content that facilitates crime, extreme violence for abuse, or other card-network / Stripe prohibited categories.

3. Technical Protections

  • User prompts for generative image/video flows are screened with third-party prompt moderation before generation.
  • Uploaded images for generation and editing tools are screened with automated NSFW/image safety checks.
  • Blocked requests do not proceed to generation and are recorded as failed with a user-facing message.
  • Repeat sensitive-content violations may trigger temporary or permanent bans.

4. Reporting

Report suspected abuse or prohibited content to [email protected]. We investigate reports and may remove content, disable features, or terminate accounts.

5. Updates

We may update this AUP at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
